This is the English verison and what we call: Moste omph for the buck

The nose is sweet, rich and fruity in its presentation.
We have toffee, orange chocolate but there are also some chemical feeling in the background
that can be compared with furniture polish ... but not in any bad way. We also have a scent of leather as I directly refer to the new leather holster that I as a little kid got from my dad when we were at the High Chaparral (a Swedish amusement park with cowboy theme) ... I remember it like yesterday.
This is a sherry whiskey that is not "over sherried", by having said that, it´s something lighter than for exaple Aberlour A'bunadh and Yamazaki Sherry Cask.

Full-bodied flavor with some harsher tone. It is more peppery than the sweet presentation we got from the nose, but of course
we still have a mellow sweetness left if somewhat less.

Long finish with coffee caramel, (if you have been in Thailand, you have perhaps tried the small caramel that are laying in bowls at the desk in hotel, etc. .. tastes just like these). We got the chocolate again along with raisins.

For what you pay for this little gem, which is rather cheap (around 40 Euros) this is a real treat.
Something I can recommend for those that has not been trying out the sherry matured whiskies that much yet, or just to have a very good whisky for a great value
