What is triple distillation, and how do you do it? Instead of the usual double distillation which pertains to almost all Maltwhisky on the planet, some distilleries distill three times. Traditionally, many (not all) Irish whiskies are triple-distilled. In Scotland, it happens occasionally in some distilleries.
