One of these viking releases, I must say I lost track and I don’t know which series it belongs to. It’s called Highland Park Valknut . Mainly American oak sherry casks and a slightly higher level of phenols.

Nose: cereals, dusty oak shavings, hints of mashed potatoes and heather honey. Caramelized nuts and sultanas. A coastal sharpness too. Cloves. Medium smoke.
